Yes these beauties are a sugar cookie. A customer asked me to make a maple cookie so I came up with this one. Made with REAL CANADIAN MAPLE SYRUP in both the cookie & frosting. The cookie is rolled out then sprinkled with a crunchy Turbinado sugar to give this little gem just something extra special. We then sandwich it with a maple flavoured buttercream frosting.
